2 Corinthians 1:20-22 (NKJV)

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.

Cultivating Dynamic Devotion

Worship Jesus, your Reconciler. In Christ, God says, "Yes" to all of His promises to you. In the face of Jesus, we see the glory of God. His glory is brightly reflected in our faces like in a mirror, because Jesus has removed the veil of sin from us. Spend time in worship and prayer in the liberty and freedom of the Spirit, knowing that He is transforming you increasingly into the image of the glorious Son.

BELIEVE that all of the promises of God to you are "Yes" and "Amen" - Affirmed and confirmed. RECEIVE God's anointing by the Holy Spirit, not as a "feeling," but as a steadfast guarantee.

Dig Deeper into God's Promises. When you find a promise you like, look it up. Read the verses before and after it. Is there a prerequisite to that promise? Are there action steps that need to be taken?

James 1:2-5 (NKJV)

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials,  knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience.  But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.  If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.

The Walk of Faith

Faith is to be expressed through good works. Faith is not simply an idea separate from real life. Rather, faith is to produce in us right living, right motives, right thinking, and right relationships. Our good works confirm that faith is alive and active in us. Seek to live your faith daily in practical ways.

LET JOY reign when you are surrounded by many trials and tests.

KNOW that tests and trials will result in endurance and patience.

PATIENTLY ENDURE trials, knowing that the result will be maturity, a faith that lacks nothing.

FREELY ASK for wisdom. BE ASSURED God will give it in abundance.
